We are looking for an energetic, mature, and experienced person to join our team at St Lords in the role of Bistro Manager!
The primary function of a Bistro Manager is to support and assist the Venue Manager to manage the bistro and staff within the hotel on a shift-to-shift basis. This will include supervision, in a hands-on manner, of customer service levels and staff management within a newly developed hotel, as well as other daily tasks.
We are seeking an experienced and driven Chefs for full-time and casual work.
You will be responsible for the daily kitchen operations, which include cooking, meal prep, maintaining a clean kitchen and working within all Food Safety Program guidelines and Occupational Health & Safety.
The successful applicant will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, have a strong pan & grill background, be motivated, and will demonstrate the following;
•Uncompromising attitude towards high-quality food and preparation
•Strong communication skills
•Strong planning skills and the ability to think on your feet
•Experienced across grill, pan and larder sections
